Week of 1/5

M: Cross Train 45 Minutes
T: 7:30 am @ Greenway entrance by Ethan Allen - 5 miles: 1 mile warm-up, 3 miles of 4 minutes hard run, 2 minutes easy, 1 mile cool down
W: 3 miles easy
T: 7:00 pm @ Satori, meet Madison Day.  She will meet everyone before our run health permitting.  5 mile tempo
F: Rest
S: 7:30 am @ Leita Thompson Memorial Park. 9 miles (little more hills than before) - bring water and food for running!
S: 2 miles easy

1/2 marathon difference
T: 3.5 miles: 1 mile warm-up, 2 miles of 4 minutes hard run, 2 minutes easy, .5 mile cool down 
T: 4 mile tempo
S: 7 miles
