Week of 12/15

Monday: 30 minutes Cross Train
Tuesday: 7:30am, Hembree Park, 3.5 Miles, 1 mile warm-up, 1.5 miles of 2 min/1min intervals.  Fast for 2 minutes, recover for 1, 1 mile cool down
Wednesday: 3 miles
Thursday: 7:00pm, Roswell Area Park, 5 miles, tempo for middle 2 miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday: No Group Run, 6 miles
Saturday: 2-3 miles easy
